We want both you and your furry companions to love everything you get from QT Pups! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle refunds:

🐾 Refund Eligibility

We offer full refunds on eligible items returned within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

  • Refunds require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We’re unable to issue refunds for:

  • Damaged items

  • Items missing original tags

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive the returned item otherwise.
